It was over the weekend that police found the stabbing victim on Queen Court - a short side street off of I-384 in Manchester.
After rushing the victim to Manchester Memorial Hospital, investigators determined that the stabbing actually took place several miles away, in Hartford.
Somehow, the person then was able to leave the scene of the stabbing, making it all the way across East Hartford, to Manchester.
Police are not releasing details on the person's condition.
