No more roaches no more rats. One of the chants outside Hartford City Hall last night
by dozens of tenants complaining of rising rents for landlord-neglected apartments. The tenants went before the city council to share
their horror stories, like Billie Terrie, who says they are praying the council will do something because the
living conditions are disgusting. The tenants are pushing the city to fine landlords to the max for code violations.
They also want Hartford to hire more housing inspectors.
