For a painfully long and unknown amount of time, Hartford police say a two-year-old boy in Connecticut's capital was left home alone with several siblings.
He was rushed to the hospital after falling out of a third story window on Capitol Avenue, headfirst onto cement.
This, say police at a moment when nobody over the age of 12 was home.
This morning, the boy's mother -- 34-year-old Tabitha Frank -- faces ten counts of risk of injury to a child.
