Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - Flood watches and warnings have been posted across Connecticut as rounds of rain continue to pelt the state.
Several state roads are closed either due to flooding or downed trees and power lines.
In Naugatuck, the fire department reported a section of roadway between Rubber Avenue and Aetna Street was closed due to an issue with a storm sewer.
On the heels of two water main breaks last week, Waterbury experienced flooding.
And street closures were reported along the shoreline in Bridgeport and in Fairfield.
