Hartford, Conn./WTIC Radio - There was a heightened police presence at the state capitol building in Hartford Tuesday.
Police were reportedly looking for emotionally disturbed or in crisis.
The House and Senate were in session at the time but there were no reported interruptions.
It appeared to be business as usual inside despite the presence outside.
