MILFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - A car flees the scene of an early Saturday morning crash that seriously hurt a pedestrian.
State Police say it was around 2:03 a.m. in the morning when someone driving a Hyundai Genesis on I-95 Southbound near the Exit 34 on-ramp struck a person who was assisting a disabled tractor trailer.
It's not clear why the vehicle swerved into the shoulder, hitting the victim as he walked near the big rig.
the victim is receiving care for serious injuries at Bridgeport Hospital.
Investigators say the Genesis would have right front-end damage.
