
GREENWICH, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Human remains have been uncovered in Greenwich.
Police say workers at an excavation site in the northern section of town discovered human remains under soil.
Those remains have been carefully removed from the scene.
Connecticut State Police helped Greenwich local police in the investigation, while the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner claimed the remains.
All police are telling us at this time is that the remains appear to be of "considerable age."
Police haven't said any more. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner hasn't released any identification.
