Authorities in Connecticut have launched an investigation into the death this weekend
of an infant.
It happened in Bridgeport, where 911 operators received a call of a possible drowning on Orlando Street.
Responders arrived and the baby was rushed to Bridgeport Hospital butr was then declared dead.
In a statement, the city of Bridgeport expresses grief: "Our thoughts and prayers go out to the family and friends during this tragic time."
