Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - In Waterbury, police have arrested two juveniles in connection with a double fatal shooting at a city night spot this month.
It was July 5 that shots rang out at the LA 42 night club leaving 22-year-old Trevon Dunbar and 18-year-old Zaniya Dawkins dead.
The suspects were picked up in New Britain.
Police say they recovered several handguns and other evidence when they executed a search warrant last Friday.
In addition to murder, the suspects are facing a litany of charges including conspiracy, reckless endangerment, unlawful discharge of a firearm, and other weapons offenses.
The case remains under investigation.
Waterbury police will have more to say during a Tuesday news conference at police headquarters.
