Bristol, Conn./WTIC Radio - A Wolcott man is facing charges after Bristol police say he ripped off thousands of dollars of wiring from the Bristol Mum Festival.
Police were called to Memorial Boulevard Park on Friday.
They were given a description of the suspect vehicle but not a license plate number.
They were able to identify the suspect, Charles Cosmos, through the use of the FLOCK system.
Police say Cosmos was in possession of about $15,000 of wiring.
