Man accused of driving wrong way, sideswiping CT police car

Twenty-six-year-old Ney Carrasco Guerrero is accused of going the wrong way on I-84 west and then failing to stop after hitting the side mirror of
the state police cruiser. That was arround Exit 8 in Danbury. He was pulled over in Newtown, on Mile Hill Road.
Carrasco Guerrero is being held on a bond of $50,000, facing charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol, going the wrong way,
and evading. No injuries are reported in by police the incident, though Carrasco Guerrero appears in his mugshot to be sporting several apparently fresh facial wounds.
