ANSONIA, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Ansonia Police make an arrest in connection with an overdose death investigation.
Police say Michael Dupre, 50, of Ansonia, allegedly sold narcotics to a 24-year-old woman who overdosed on those drugs in October of 2023.
Dupre is being charged with misrepresentation of a controlled substance and sale of narcotics.
He is being held on a $150,000 bond.
