PLAINFIELD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Plainfield Police say they've arrested a man in connection with a domestic violence incident that happened Saturday.
Police say Bryian Garrity, 51, of Plainfield, allegedly beaten a 73-year-old woman's face and head with multiple objects during the incident.
The woman victim was found outside the residence on Starkweather Road around 11:05 a.m. when they responded to a report concerning the incident.
Garrity is charged with first-degree assault on an elderly person, first-degree unlawful restraint, first-degree reckless endangerment, and disorderly conduct.
Bond is $250,000.
