Shelton, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man is under arrest and a woman in the hospital following a stabbing this week in Shelton.
Officers say the suspect, Christopher Graham, 38, of Shelton, got into an altercation Tuesday evening with one of two females with whom he was with at a Walnut Tree Hill Road home.
Police say an argument ensued between the suspect and victim, who was assaulted, strangled and stabbed.
The suspect fled the scene.
One of two juvenile teenagers in the home at the time called 911.
Graham was identifed as the suspect.
Shelton police say he was picked up Wednesday in Trumbull.
Graham faces numerous charges, including assault, strangulation, reckless endangerment and risk of injury.
Bond was set at $500,000.
