Ledyard, Conn./WTIC Radio - Ledyard police say they arrested the same man twice on Tuesday in separate cases.
Around 8:45pm, police say an officer was sitting in a cruiser completing paperwork from a previous traffic stop.
That's when they say a man identifed as Edward Klarmann, 36, of Gales Ferry approached yelling and raising his middle finger.
The officer exited the vehicle, after which they say Klarmann exposed himself.
He was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting.
Police say earlier in the day, around 2:00 p.m., Klarmann got into an altercation in a convenience store parking lot with 60-year-old Manuel Diaz Santos.
Both men were charged with breach of peace.
