New Britain, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man is under arrest in connection with a shooting on Route 9 in New Britain earlier this month.
State troopers say Angel Cruz, 33, of Enfield, is charged.
They say he fired at a car containing two children on June 6.
There were no injuries.
The incident took place on Route 9 south near exit 38.
Cruz is facing reckless endangerment, risk of injury and other charges.
Police say as a convicted felon, Cruz was barred from possessing a firearm.
