HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford Police are investigating a Wednesday afternoon shooting that left a man critically injured.
Police found the scene of the shooting in the area of 31 Gillette Street around 5:33 p.m.
A man in his 30's was found suffering multiple gunshot wounds.
The man was transported to an area hospital for treatment. His condition is critical, according to police.
The Hartford Police Major Crimes and Crime Scene Divisions responded and assumed the investigation.
