Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Waterbury are investigating a fatal crash involving an electric scooter and an SUV.
Around 8:45 a.m. Wednesday, officers were called to the 300 block of Reidville Drive.
Upon arrival, they found Angel Soto, 39, unresponsive, suffering from serious head and body injuries.
He was pronounced dead at an area hospital.
Detectives say the driver of the SUV did remain on scene and was not injured.
No charges have been filed.
The accident investigation is being conducted by the Waterbury Police Crash Reconstruction Unit.
