HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford Police are investigating a Sunday night shooting on Garden Street.
Officers were dispatched to the area of 756 Garden Street due to a ShotSpotter notification.
While police investigated the shots fired, a gunshot victim arrived at a local hospital to receive treatment for shooting injuries.
He's described as being in his 20s and alert and conscious.
