New Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man is dead after New Haven police say he was driving a Tesla at a high rate of speed when he collided with nine vehicles on a city street this morning.
The report came in just before 8:00 a.m.
Officers say Christopher Andreozzi, 35, of Hamden, collided with nine vehicles on Nicoll Street near Eagle Street.
Seven vehicles were parked and two were in motion, police said.
Andreozzi was transported to Yale-New Haven Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Two motorists were taken to the hospital to be treated for non life-threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
