The shooters pursued their victim in full public view at New Haven's Union Station.
As police describe it, two suspects began shooting at a man on one platform, before the struggle moved into an MTA train and then spilled back outside onto another platform.
They shot the victim multiple times and he is now fighting for his life -- in critical condition.
The suspects are still being sought.
