Residents on a Hartford street awaken to guns shots in the pre dawn hours of Saturday morning. Police responding to the 200 hundred block of Vine street shortly after 4 a.m. They identify the victim to be in his 20's. Authorities say he was taken to a local hospital where he was listed in stable condition. A motive for the shooting is not known. The cause of the shooting is under investigation.
