HAMDEN, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Hamden police are looking to identify a man who they say shattered a State Department of Labor window.
Around 9 a.m. on Tuesday, police say the middle-aged, bald, white man approached the CT Department of Labor building on Marne Street.
Police say he approached walked up to the front door. He knocked on the locked door before walking away. As he walked away, he then through a rock at the building, shattering a large window.
Police say he fled in a newer white Toyota sedan.
