Literally on the eve of the trial stemming from her disappearance, missing
Connecticut woman Jennifer Farber Dulos has been declared dead.
The ruling by Probate Judge William P. Osterndorf comes nearly five
years since the last time the 50-year-old mother of five has been seen.
Michelle Troconis, the girlfriend of Dulos's husband, Fotis Dulos, at the time she disappeared, is scheduled to go on trial tomorrow in Stamford on charges of conspiracy to commit murder and tampering with evidence.
