A motorcyclist. With bullet wounds to the lower body. Found on the ground in Ansonia, in a retail parking lot.
"We have two shots fired. One individual shot," said Ansonia Police Lt. Patrick Lynch. He said the biker was shot by a man who was inside of a passenger vehicle.
He says the two men were arguing in front of Marshalls and Home Goods when the trigger was pulled.
The alleged shooter is said to be cooperating with police, while the victim is recovering with non-life threatening injuries
