New BDL Restaurants

Connecticut Airport Authority

The Connecticut Airport Authority (CAA) announces the opening of two new restaurants at Bradley International Airport (BDL).

The new locations include:

  • Chick-fil-A: A popular national brand known for its signature chicken sandwiches and customer-focused service.
  • Sergio’s Go: A grab-and-go concept featuring Cuban-inspired favorites, including empanadas, sandwiches and pastries.

Both restaurants were opened in partnership with BDL’s food and beverage operator, SSP America, and represent the latest phase of the CAA’s broader strategy to modernize the terminal and enhance the dining experience with new nationally recognized brands and locally inspired concepts.

“The opening of Chick-fil-A and Sergio’s Go is another step forward in our ongoing efforts to enhance the passenger experience at Bradley International Airport,” said Michael W. Shea, Executive Director and CEO of the CAA. “Dining is an important part of the travel experience, and these additions provide passengers with more choices while helping to create a more memorable and enjoyable journey.”

“Every traveler arrives at the airport with a different day ahead, and a great dining program should be ready for all of them,” said Kyle Phillips, Senior Vice President, Business Development, SSP America. “Chick-fil-A and Sergio’s Go bring greater choice, quality, and convenience to Bradley, reflecting our shared commitment with the Connecticut Airport Authority to making every journey better. As Food Travel Experts, we know the little moments of hospitality matter, and we’re proud to help make them part of the experience at BDL.”

Both Chick-fil-A and Sergio’s Go will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
