Norwalk, Conn./WTIC Radio - No injuries were reported in a late Saturday night fire in Norwalk.
The call went out just after 10:00 p.m. to a home on Stuart Avenue.
Crews arrived to find heavy fire in the rear of the one-and-a-half story structure.
The fire went to a third alarm as it spread to a garage and began melting the siding on a neighbor's house.
Firefighters had the bulk of the fire knocked down in about 20 minutes.
No one was home at the time, say fire officials.
They say the house was under renovation.
The blaze remains under investigation.
