Norwalk, Conn./WTIC Radio - A Norwalk man is under arrest for his alleged participation in a street takeover in Boston.
Police say David Moran-Chavez is charged.
Boston police say the teen was involved in an incident October 5th where officers were met with resistance from those throwing fireworks, jumping on police vehicles, and torching at least one police car.
Boston detectives identified Moran-Chavez as the one behind the vehicle arson.
Boston police are charging him with conspiracy, disturbing the peace, illegal possession of fireworks and other offenses.
Norwalk police say evidence of the incident was found in Moran-Chavez's apartment.
Bond was set at $500,000.
