Norwalk, Conn./WTIC Radio - Norwalk police have arrested a man in connection with the death of a child last year.
Under arrest is city resident Kyle Vigneault, 27.
Police say last June 11 he called 911 to report a child choking on formula.
He said he had performed CPR for several minutes prior to making the call.
The infant later died at Norwalk Hospital.
Police say the investigation determined the death of the 4-month old to be a homicide.
Investigators say the infant suffered from neglect and malnutrition, among other complications.
Vigneault is chaged with manslaughter, risk of injury and cruelty to persons.
Bond was set at $125,000 and he's due in court February 27.
