Norwalk, Conn./WTIC Radio - Norwalk police are charging a man with sexual assault on a five-year-old child.
Under arrest is Jose Rodriguez. 60, of Norwalk.
He's charged with multiple sexual asaults.
Police began their investigation in March when the alleged victim identified Rodriguez as the suspect.
Rodriguez was taken into custody at his residence without incident.
He's being held on a $1 million bond, charged with sexual assault and risk of injury.
