Norwalk, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Norwalk have arrested a man in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a minor.
The department's Special Victims Unit received the initial complaint against David Osler, 43, last July.
The months-long investigation led to SVU detectives applying for an arrest warrant.
Osler was arrested Tuesday at his home in Norwalk.
He faces two counts of 4th degree sexual assault.
Bond was set at $75,000 and Osler is due in court May 21st.
