OLD SAYBROOK, Conn. (AP) - Connecticut police say two men from New York led them on a chase along Interstate 95 in a rental truck loaded stolen cooking oil and hit another car and injured a woman along the way. The episode began in Old Saybrook around 9:30 a.m. Thursday. Old Saybrook police say they told the driver to stop, but he kept going, hit another car in Westbrook and got onto the interstate. Connecticut state police then picked up the pursuit. They say they eventually used tire-flattening devices to bring the truck to a halt along I-95 in Westport and chased down its two occupants after they ran into the woods. The two were arrested and are due in court Friday.
