Norwalk, Conn./WTIC News - Mr. Grinch is a mean one and he's being sought by Norwalk police.
They say someone decked out in a grinch getup took all of 13 seconds to get into an unlocked vehicle and was spotted trying to get into others.
The attempted burglary was caught on video that is currently posted to the department's Facebook page.
Detectives say they are close to figuring out the perpetrator is.
Officers are using the incident as a way to remind residents to lock their car doors and take keys and fobs with them and not leave valuables in plain site during this holiday season or any other time.
