Norwalk, Conn./WTIC Radio - In Norwalk, police have charged a man after they say they spotted him driving Sunday with an unsecured baby in his lap.
The police officer who pulled the over Naud Rodriguez, 26, smelled marijuana from within the vehicle and also noticed a handgun.
Police say there was no infant seat in the vehicle.
Rodriguezz faces charges including illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, negligent storage of a firearm, and risk of injury among other charges.
He's being held on $250,000 bond.
