Newington, Conn(WTIC Radio)-A resident from Kent has been arrested for a burglary at the Newington Parks and Grounds Garage, police said.
Police said the incident occurred December 17, 2021. Police said burglary tools belonging to the Town of Newington, including chainsaws, backpack blowers, pole trimmers and other tools valued at more than $8,000.000 were missing.
Police said evidence linked Thomas Sullivan,29, to the burglary.
He's been charged with third degree burglary and larceny. According to police, he's being held on a $5000.00 court set bond.
