
New Britain, Conn./WTIC Radio - There's word that Central Connecticut State University is investigating potential food poisoning at the Hilltop Cafe on campus.
In a statement, the university says its Environmental Health and Safety department is working with the New Britain health department and the food service provider.
The cafe is temporarily closed as officials look to pinpoint the cause.
CCSU says the other cafeterias are open.
Students experiencing symptoms including nausea, diarrhea, and stomach upset are encouraged to visit the Student Wellness Center.
