Bridgeport, Conn./WTIC Radio - Police in Bridgeport are investigating the discovery of three dead puppies found in plastic bags this week.
On Wednesday, the city's animal control office was notified of the discovery at Newfield Avenue and Orange Street.
They say the puppies were frozen and appeared to have been newborns, between the ages of one-and-five days old.
Necropsies of the puppies are still pending.
