Wethersfield,Conn.(WTIC Radio)-A Newington man has been charged with Negligent Homicide with a Motor Vehicle and other charges, Wethersfield Police announced.
Quintin Serafini, 31, of Newington is also charged with Failure to Exercise Due Care to Avoid a Pedestrian, Operating a Motor Vehicle in Violation of License Restrictions and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle.
The fatal accident at the intersection of Ridge Road and Nott Street occurred last November.
Serafini is scheduled to appear in New Britain Superior Court July 21st.
