PROSPECT, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - The Region 16 Superintendent of Schools pleads guilty to a misdemeanor reckless driving charge out of Florida.
The incident dates to September, when Michael Yamin says he was visiting his father in Florida to assist with medical care.
