Waterbury, Conn./WTIC Radio - A man is in the hospital and police in Waterbury are investigating.
Detectives got word around 2:30 a.m. of a 29-year old from Orlando, Florida who showed up at an area hospital for treatment of a gunshot wound.
The injuries are non life-threatening, say police, and the victim is currently in stable condition.
During the initial investigation, police say they did find evidence of gunfire behind the mall.
They've determined the shooting was the result of an isolated disturbance.
