NEW BRITAIN, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Connecticut State Police are investigating a crash that seriously injured six people.
The accident happened around 7:47 p.m. Thursday.
Troopers say the 2016 BMW X1 Xdrive28i that Jatyra Ross, 24, of Waterbury, was driving lost control.
The SUV went over to the left shoulder, hitting a metal beam guardrail and rolling over into the grassy median.
Ross and her five passengers were taken to a local hospital for treatment of serious and possibly life-threatening injuries.
