South Windsor, Conn./WTIC Radio - South Windsor police are charging a town school bus driver after they say he didn't step in when students fought with one another on the bus last fall.

Under arrest is Dominic Jimerson, 61, of New Britain.

According to police, Jimerson was driving a bus last October with about a dozen minor children on board.

Police say for 25 minutes, students targeted and fought amongst themselves.

Jimerson, police say, failed to address the behavior, putting students' safety at risk.

He faces 12 counts of risk of injury to a child.

Jimerson is free on a $5,000 bond and is due in court in Manchester February 4.
