Meriden, Conn./WTIC Radio - There's been an arrest in connection with a shooting this month along Interstate 691 that left one person dead.
State troopers say William Lucky, 32, of North Haven turned himself in to police in Hamden on Tuesday.
Lucky is a prison guard with the state Department of Correction.
It was January 14th when investigators say witnesses told them Lucky and another man, 49-year-old Scott Kracke, became involved in a road rage incident.
Both men, police say, exited their vehicles, after which Lucky allegedly fired at Kracke several times at close range.
Kracke was found in the eastbound shoulder of I-691 near exit 2A.
The victim later died at Hartford Hospital.
Lucky is facing a murder charge.
Bond was set at $2.5 million.
