Enfield Police arrest the stepfather of 12-year-old Eve Rogers, who was found dead at a home in town in March.
Anthony Federline, 39, is charged with first-degree sexual assault and risk of injury to a child.
Police aren't confirming any link between the death and the arrest.
Bond for Federline is $1,000,000.
