
Manchester, Conn./WTIC Radio - A Manchester man is being charged after police say he robbed and sexually assaulted a woman on a hiking trail in town on Wednesday.
Under arrest is Daquan Clark-Blue, 30.
According to detectives, the 65-year-old victim was attacked as she walked along the trail at Charter Oak Park.
The suspect allegedly groped the woman, physically attacked her, and briefly took her cell phone and purse before she fought him off.
Police say the victim was able to snap a photo of Clark-Blue before he fled.
He was later tracked down at a residence on Charter Oak Street.
Clark-Blue faces a slew of charges, among them assault, criminal attempt at aggravated sexual assault, and unlawful restraint, among others.
His bond was set at $500,000.
