HARTFORD, Conn. (WTIC Radio) - Hartford Police detain a suspect in what's being investigated as a suspected arson fire.
Police responded to reports of the fire at an apartment complex on Wethersfield Avenue around 1:09 a.m. Thursday, while crews battled the fire.
A suspect in connection with the fire was identified as a resident from the third floor, where the fire began.
The suspect was detained, and an arrest warrant is pending.
One person had minor injuries in connection with possible smoke inhalation.
At least six families are now displaced.
