MARLBOROUGH, Conn. (WTIC Radio)_ Connecticut State Police release more information about the abduction of a woman from Marlborough on Saturday night.
Police say around 7 p.m. Saturday night, the 64-year-old victim stated she was putting groceries into her car when two young black men, wearing masks, approached her and demanded money.
According to police, the two men then displayed a handgun, placed a bag over her head, and assaulted her by hitting her with an object in the face several times. The two men then abducted her and stole the victim's vehicle.
With the victim in the backseat, state police say the males drove the vehicle to D.N.D. Food Mart in East Hartford where one of the suspects used the victim's ATM card to obtain money from the ATM machine.
Eventually, the two men then threw the victim out of the vehicle in the Town of Berlin and drove behind a building where they lit the vehicle on fire.
The suspects left the scene in what is believed to be a 1999-2003 Acura TL, photo below.

Anyone with information to assist with identifying the pictured suspect/vehicle is asked to contact Detective Frank Cuoco #500 at (860) 465-5469.
