Norwich, Conn. (WTIC Radio)-A suspect, considered armed and dangerous, is being sought for a shots fired incident Saturday night, Norwich Police said.
Police said they were dispatched to Boswell Avenue around six for the incident. Police discovered a vehicle had been intentionally shot multiple times. The vehicle was unoccupied at the time and nobody was injured.
Police said the incident was domestic violence related and a targeted attack specifically toward the victim.
An arrest warrant has been issued for David Holland, 32, of Norwich.
When apprehended, he’ll face weapons, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief charges, with a bond of $750,000.
He’ll also be charged with threatening for a previous incident while on the phone with Norwich Police, stating he would terrorize the town.
According to Police, Holland stated he would turn himself into police on Tuesday, but he failed to do so.
