Groton, Conn./WTIC Radio - Groton town police are charging a teenager with manslaughter in connection with a fatal crash from last fall.
According to police, it was just after 1:00 a.m. on October 14th they arrived at the area of Fishtown road.
Four occupants were in the vehicle.
A 14-year-old was killed.
The driver, a 17 year old male, was arrested Thursday.
In addition to manslaughter, the suspect is charged OUI, misconduct with a motor vehicle, and reckless driving, among other offenses.
