New Haven, Conn./WTIC Radio - A teenager is in critical condition after being shot in New Haven Friday.
The shooting occurred in the area of Goffe Street.
A school bus was also hit by a stray bullet.
No one on the bus was injured.
The shooting victim was not on the bus at the time.
Police say the male victim was transported by private vehicle to Yale New Haven Hospital.
Mayor Justin Elicker says the bus was coming from Celentano School at the time.
Elicker says the driver pulled over and told the kids to get down on the floor of the bus to keep safe.
